Private Tuition

All tuition currently takes place online, via Zoom. In person tuition will resume as soon as possible.

Patrick holds an up to date Enhanced DBS certificate.

Patrick offers a range of theory and instrumental tuition.

Private tuition is available to all ages and abilites. Experience of classroom teaching allows a focused and dynamic teaching approach, looking for students’ needs while ensuring progress.

Instrument Lessons

Patrick offers private instrument tutition for trumpet and cornet for beginners to experienced players.

Piano lessons are also available at a beginner level.

Classical Theory Lessons

Theory lessons based around classical music theory, preparing students for ABRSM Theory Exams.

Jazz Theory Lessons

Trained in Jazz Theory at university, Patrick is able to offer more advanced Jazz Theory lessons, centered around jazz. This can include arranging for jazz or swing ensembles.
